Rent a Greenhouse

We offer a month-to-month rental contract.

How it works

We offer a month-to-month rental contract. A deposit of a month’s rent is required before the date of occupation, which will be used as last month’s rent on termination of the lease agreement. A notice period of one calendar month is required from both parties.

We have a turnkey solution for your farming venture.

Monthly rental includes:

  • A crop-protected greenhouse, water usage, fertile soil, and electricity for pumps
  • 24/7 gate access to our secure premises
  • Guidance from day one on how to make the best of your farming experience
  • Tractor services (plough, rotovate)
  • A fertilising program from seedling to harvest
  • Drip irrigation, plastic mulch, seedlings, and fertiliser are available for purchase
  • Planting, pruning, harvesting, and packing. (Additional costs apply)
  • Packhouse – washing, sorting, cutting, packing, and cold room storage facility. (No additional costs)
  • Farmers can send their produce out with our truck to the destination required. (Additional costs apply)
  • Access to a monthly farmers’ market where farmers can sell their product

Pricing:

30mx9 = R3 000 per month

40mx9m = R3 500 per month

50mx9m = R4 000 per month

Additional Costs:

  • Drip Irrigation installed – New or second hand available
  • Agri-Boost liquid fertiliser – R250 per 5L
  • Plastic mulching – R4 per meter
  • Trellising for certain plants – on request
  • Labour worker – R200 per day
  • Transport (refrigerated truck) of produce – R10 p/km
